In 2025, Glasgow CREATE invited all primary schools across the city to take part in an extraordinary project marking Glasgow’s 850th anniversary. Titled “It’s Our Home, Glasgow,” this ambitious citywide celebration brought together primary schools across Glasgow in a shared expression of pride, culture, and unity, forming part of the Glasgow 850 celebrations honouring the city’s rich history and vibrant community.
Schools across the city filmed their classes singing the song, which were combined into a citywide montage video. You can watch the final film here: Watch “It’s Our Home, Glasgow”
