What a fun week!

We all had a great week in P1b learning new numbers and sounds. This week we looked at the sounds ‘Ii’ and ‘Ss’ and the numbers 4 and 5. We had our visiting music specialist Mrs Wiszniewska teaching us new songs. Outside, we made human bar graphs representing what fruit and colours we liked. Balornock Bob helped up with Circle Time. Food Glorious Food!

The boys and girls in Primary 1a have been enjoying some delicious and healthy lunches now that they are in until 3pm! You can access current and upcoming menus via the Fuel Zone website. Yum yum!

This Week in P3

This week we have been working very hard! Have a look at some of our work… Making Maths Count. We timed ourselves doing star jumps, sit ups and sprints and then turned our results into a graph.   We examined number patters and completed subitizing pictures!   We loved pretending to put our body through an X-ray machine… can you see our bones?

House Competition

Huge thank you and well done to all our P7 entries for our House Display Competition. Building the skeleton

Primary 4 have been busy learning about the skeleton and all our different bones. They worked hard in groups to put all the parts of the skeleton together correctly. Here are some of the bones primary 4 know the rib cage the skull the spine the femur the fibula and many more!

Kandinsky Trees

P6/5 have been looking at the work of Kandinsky.  He was an expressionist painter who explored colour.  P6/5 have been making trees with Kandinsky circles.

FUN TIMES WITH THE LITERACY TEAM
