P1b were straight back to the hard work after the February holiday. We started off with some ‘Have-a-go’ writing. We then continued our Active Spelling by revising some of the words we have learned. After out literacy work we revised our subtraction. 7 take away 5 = Using our penguins on ice for subtraction. After all that hard work we relaxed with some yoga. It was a great day

Internet Safety

At Balornock Primary we want to ensure that all of our pupils are safe. As part of our Health and Wellbeing Curriculum we explore ways in which children can keep themselves safe online. As a school community we also want to ensure our parents and carers understand more about how to keep their children safe online. Back to School

The holidays are almost over and it is nearly time to head back to school. School opens to pupils at 9am on Tuesday the 15th of August 2017. See you all soon.

We have all had a very busy term and are looking forward to a much earned rest. The staff and pupils at Balornock Primary would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year. Stay over the holiday period and we look forward to the start of Term 3 on Thursday the 5th of January 2017.

We are all looking forward to our Christmas Fayre on Friday the 2nd of December. Preparations are well underway but we desperately require donations for our Tombola, Gift Stall, Raffle and Nearly New. We would be really grateful for any donations you can make.
