Official Opening of the School Greenhouse

We finally did it! The up-cycled greenhouse has been built. The roof has been put on and it is ready for use. The Transition class were Responsible Citizens throughout the whole build and have created a whole school resource. We had a special guest to officially open the Greenhouse. The Chair of the Parent Council cut the ribbon and declared the greenhouse ready for use!

Leavers

Our leavers have been hard at work contributing to their own artwork and collecting photographs. We’ll be sad to see them go but happy and excited for their new adventures.

Our Final Week of Fun

It was the final week in the Oak class for the year.

We are very proud of everyone and we have had lots of fun learning together this year.  We are all confident individuals and have been successful learners throughout the full year!

Now it is time to have a break and get ready for more great progress to be made next year.

Summer Holiday Countdown

We made custard creams this week which we enjoyed eating at a picnic in the glorious sunshine. We also had good fun creating sunflower and seaside pictures. We made sure our seaside pictures had an ice cream van in it! The Stars class hope everyone enjoys a fantastic summer holiday. 😎

Prizegiving Activity and Singing Hands Beach Party

We made butterfly cakes to celebrate our success at prizegiving. They were really tasty. We also had a great time at the Singing Hands Beach Party. We dressed up and enjoyed singing, dancing, actions and afterwards, ice lollies! Fantastic Day.

Week beginning Monday 14th June

The Sungazers enjoyed the summer themed Singing Hands online concert on Thursday.  The children also participated in a variety of summer themed outdoor activities. Don’t they look cool!!
