All about photo booth

What is photo booth? Well photo booth is a little like a camEra but you can change the  look of it. You can change it to  twirly and it will make it look like your face is all twirly and you can do  a mirror so that it looks like someone is right next to you  that looks  very much like you but there isn’t really . You should try it.I’ll tell you how to do it.

If you have a macbook then its really simple. If you have a macbook then heres how to do it once you turn it on leave it at the front page then go to the botom of the page and go to the go along until you get to  it. It is a small screen with a red background and a strip of photos in front of it.

Then once you touch it it should come up photo booth and click on it and thats you on it.

It’s  very simple isn’t it!

before I go I  will show you what it looks like.

bye forn  know ill try and come back on tommoro

bye bye

Plenty of Pancakes (Thanks to Brooke’s Mum)

On Pancake Tuesday Primary 5 were the luckiest class in the whole school. We had the most delicious pancakes ever and they were made especially for our class. 😀

Brooke’s mum was kind enough to make pancakes for every child in Primary 5 and one for Miss Docherty and Mrs O’Hanlon too!! yum yum! 😀 Brooke’s mum also sent in syrup and chocolate spread. They were delicious.

Primary 5 would like to say thankyou very much to Brooke’s Mum for making our Pancake Day so absolutely and utterly delicious.

Here we are enjoying our ‘Perfect Pancakes’.

Abbys Mum

I have been looking at all the stories on the P5 blog and have to say that they are brilliant and very informative – great descriptions.  There is a varied choice of what to look at and you can tell alot of effort has been put in by the teachers  and the whole class.

Keep up the good work!!!

Swimming

On Tuesday 15th March Primary 5 will begin a 12 week block of swimming. The children are all really looking forward to this. There are a few things that the children must remember as we leave at 9.00am and there will be no time to bring forgotten items up to school.

Please remember

Swimming for Primary 5

*your swimming costume/shorts

* a towel

*a 50p coin for the locker

* goggles (if required)

It is going to be lots of fun so don’t forget to bring all of the items you need to take part!!! 😀

Scottish Opera

We are very excited today, as the Scottish Opera are coming in to our school today. We have been learning songs over the past few months and today is the big day when we get to perform with the Scottish Opera.
We will have an audience because the rest of the school and our families have been invited to come and watch us performing.

We will get the chance to work with the Scottish Opera today to learn any new parts, like the ‘jar of slugs’. This is a dance, but it will be the primary 7 class who are performing this.

The Scottish Opera will bring along costumes for us to wear in our performance.

We are very excited and will report back on the blog about how our day unfolds.
