Hello and welcome to our first blog of term 3! We have had such an exciting week this week and we can’t wait to share with you all. On Monday, we settled back in to our school routine and shared our Easter holiday news with each other. On Wednesday we found out our new science topic which will be living things, we are even going to grow our own beans and record their growth in our plant diaries! On Thursday we enjoyed the nice weather outside and started some sports day practice in PE, we also discussed our new topic ‘What will happen in the future?’
Our most exciting news to share this week has been saved until last…. in relation to our topic we have got new class pets! We are going to be looking after caterpillars and watching them turn into butterflies in our very own classroom. We will record their growth and compare how they are now to how we think that they will look in the future, after they have fully grown we will release them. Our caterpillars names are Flappy, Cutie, Robert, Coco and Cupcake.
