Hi Parents/Carers,

We have had  the most spectacular week, let us tell you all about it. 

On  Friday  we started a new P.E.  sport. It was badminton. We learned 3 different hits. We completed passing activities in groups of 4. It was so much fun and we played great!

We started trialling our classwork in stations. We have the following stations:

Analogue (jotter work)  

Teacher

Spelling

Handwriting

Tech

We loved them and they were so much fun.

In science we were learning about the water cycle. It was hard but we got through it, including drawing a diagram in our jotters.

In writing we continued our narratives from last week about a man who lived in a lighthouse and trouble was coming his way. We also peer assessed our partner’s jotter.

We read chapter 4 and 5 of ‘The Worries’, our class novel. It was super fun and interesting

In handwriting we were working on joined writing and even joining letters in words!
