Mental Health awareness week (13th-19th May).
This year’s theme is “Movement: move more for our mental health”, to mark this we have made a 7 day calendar that encourages individuals to take part in a different physical activity every day. You will see we have made two versions, one for young people and one for adults, please share with the young people you support but also take part yourself and share with families. I have also attached some flyers for some parent workshops that are taking place in the community soon
