Hello and welcome to Room 16’s blog. For PE we have been playing rounders, practising our running, teamwork, batting, and catching.

For maths we have been practising equivalent fractions through daily 10 challenges, and using our right angle finders to find 90 degree right angles outside, we managed to find over 100!

In literacy, we have been replacing the e and adding the ‘ing’ into different words for our spelling rule. We also focused on inference through an Ancient Greece comprehension task. We also wrote letters to an Ancient Greek friend to ask them questions and let them know all about the different technologies we have today.

We have started a new topic, Ancient Greece, we are so excited to learn about all the different gods and goddesses such as Zeus, Poseidon, Athena, Aphrodite, Plato, Hades and others!
