In Room 16 we have enjoyed making volcanoes. We have started to do the base by working together to use tape, cardboard, plastic bottles, and newspaper. We look forward to adding our paint and scientific parts next week!

We have been learning how to persuade people to learn about Japan, and we have written ‘Japanimals’ fact files all about Koi fish, black and brown bears, whales, snow monkeys , and more!

For maths, we have been learning how to use clocks and learning about half past, quarter past, quarter to, and O’clock, and clock intervals.

We have also been learning about Chinese New Year and have been practising our Hockey skills for PE.

Also, just a reminder for parents and families, our learning showcase is next Thursday 1:45pm-2:45pm and we are so excited to show off all our work.
