Please see below the statement posted on social media tonight from South Lanarkshire Council.

“Following trade union rejection of the latest CoSLA pay offer made today, Thursday 21 September, industrial action in schools will take place next week, from Tuesday 26 to Thursday 28 September.  ALL South Lanarkshire primary and secondary schools, including ASNs  and school based nurseries, will be CLOSED to pupils on those three days.  Schools have made arrangements for pupils to continue learning at home.”
