Each year, the school produces two key documents. The first of these is our Standards and Quality Report (SQR), which we have presented this year in the form of a short booklet for parents to access more easily. Alongside this, we publish our School Improvement Plan (SIP) for the next session.  We hope to make our improvement plan more accessible this session by providing a summary poster to accompany the full planning document. All the documents are attached below:

Parent Survey Results 2016

We had a good response to our parent survey for this year and we are now able to share the results following collation of all the responses received. The results of this survey, combined with the results of similar consultations with pupils and teaching staff, have been used to identify and support priorities for next year’s school Improvement Plan.

The report can be viewed here: Parent Carer Survey Report 2016 – Back

Parent & Carer Survey 2016

Today, we will be issuing our annual Parent and Carer Survey for 2016. As a school, we value your views about the service we provide and the work that we do. Data from the survey is used as evidence to support our annual Standards and Quality Report as well as helping us to identify priorities for our 2016-17 School Improvement Plan.

We would be grateful if you could complete the short survey and return it to the office by Friday 20th May.

A paper copy of the survey was issued to through schoolbag mail and an electronic version can be downloaded here: Parent Carer Survey 2016

New School Vision Statement

We would like to thank everyone who returned a response to our vision statement consultation. All the responses have now been collated and we are pleased to confirm that our school vision statement will now be:

Ar Sgoil – Ar n-Ionnsachadh – Ar Lèirsinn    Our School – Our Learning – Our Future

This statement was the unanimously popular choice of parents, pupils and staff. A full summary of the collated results can be found below. Our new vision statement will form an important part of our school identity and will feature strongly around the school and on our documentation.
