Eastwood High School Newsletter September

We have recently updated out Parent Council list and contact details. Please see this and our recent meeting minutes, as well as future meeting dates, under the “For Parents” tab at the top of the website.

Dear Parents and Carers,

Qualifications Scotland’s learner booklet – Your National Qualifications – is available to download from their website. The booklet contains important information for learners creating and submitting coursework for National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher. It also highlights the rules that learners must know and follow to ensure they are not penalised. Please encourage your child to download and read the booklet. If you have any problems accessing the booklet, please ask your child to speak to a member of staff.

Pupils in S4-S6 should see their year group Google Classroom page for information on how to study effectively and how to manage their emotions. The same information is linked below for parents/carers to access and support your young person.

Please contact your child’s Pastoral Care Teacher or Depute if you require any additional support with this.
