The Snowdrops have enjoyed their first outing of the new year. We visited Tesco and had our snack in the cafe – everyone made confident choices of drinks or snacks and showed lots of interest in their surroundings. We also had some shopping to do, looking for Scottish foods. Everyone showed confidence moving around the supermarket and used a pictorial shopping list to find our Scottish foods. We will be practising spreading some cheese on our oatcakes back in class and touching or smelling the different Scottish food textures.

We’re Dreaming of a White Christmas
The Moonbeams are dreaming of a White Christmas but Sean Batty told us yesterday that isn’t going to happen………so we made our own!
The Sunflower boys have been amazing this week. They performed in the nativity on Tuesday. We enjoyed our Christmas party on Wednesday and really liked the special visit from Santa.
We have also been having lots of fun with our class neighbours the Daisies and doing lots of Christmas crafts and activities with them.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Last month we were very busy boys making our crafts for the Christmas market. We made DIY snowman kits. We added marshmallows for the bodies, and sweets for the arms, nose, eyes and buttons. We had to put all the objects into the bags and the we used our labels stapled to the top.
Movie morning.
Today we had a very chilled morning watching ELF – which we all enjoyed!! Isn’t that right Mrs Howie?
D.I.S.C.O.!!!
We all had great fun at the Secondary School Party!!
Sungazers’ Party Time
The Sungazers were ‘Effective Contributors’ as they participated in the primary Christmas party.
The Bluebells were confident individuals as they performed during their Nativity this week. The pupils have worked hard over the past few weeks during rehearsals practicing their songs and signs. Reagan, Brayden, Jamie, Callum and Bobby had great fun dancing to their song Twinkling Stars while Lee and Tyler did an excellent job on stage as Joseph and the Donkey.
