Anyone who wanted to perform got to have a go at our talent show. We even had a pant horse and a banana.
OnĀ Thursday the 27th April our whole school visited the Glasgow Science Centre. Click on the Sway below to see photos from the day.
The children in P3-4-5-6&7 worked alongside the professional singers from Scottish Opera to and entertained a packed hall of mums, dads, grannies and friends with their performance. The children from Appin Primary joined us for the event and it was a good way for our P7s to make friends with children that they will be going to high school with in August.
On Wednesday 26th April we worked with Scottish Opera. In the afternoon we performed The MacCabre Operahouse to our parents and friends.
They were also invited to attend the Oban High School Craft Fair and raised a further Ā£???
Lewis McM put his young leader training into practice when heĀ set up an after school golf club for P2/1.
A reminder that tomorrow is the annual p4-7 inter-school tag rugby tournament. Pupils in p4-7 should come to school in PE kit (no football/ rugby colours strips) and bring a packed lunch, snack and water. As we will be outside all day please remember a jacket, layers, sun cream and midge spray if required. Parents are welcome to come and watch if you wish (at the rugby club in Oban)
UPDATE – we are delighted to say our teams played very well and won the tournament.
