Bloom (£3.99) Create or listen to calming music with colourful visuals. The app is very intuitive and doesn’t require strong motor skills. Just touching the screen is enough to make a sound colour. Because the sounds and colours repeat and fade gaps in interactions are filled naturally and gently.
Good for: This would be a good app for a calm activity for one or even two or more people taking it in turns to play and sharing the screen.

Play Cho-co-la-te with homemade instruments. You could try having an instrument in each hand or if somebody is with you maybe you would like to share and take turns with the parts of the rhythms.
Play the instruments along to the video or get up and move. If you like, get a scarf to play with.
Time to chill This week we are listening to Yann Tiersen – La valse d’Amélie
