Hope you’re all well and enjoying the sunshine today.

Today I have put up some shape work for you to try. There are 2 sheets for you to try on 2D and 3D shape. ( Just click on the link at the bottom) Have a search in your house or garden for these shapes.

Monday 30th of March – Pink Class

It’s Monday! Wakey, wakey! Let’s start with a good morning song.

Calendar –

Let’s play a favourite learning game – ‘Wall Touch’

Write days of the week on pieces of paper. Place the pieces of paper around the room or blu-tac to the walls. Everyone stands in the middle of the room. Someone shouts out a day of the week and everyone races to find it and touches it. Repeat for other days of the week. Mix the cards up and try again. Have fun!

Movement –

Check out the movement section for some ideas. How are you all getting on with Joe Wicks?

Life Skills –

Help out with doing the dishes today. This is one of our classroom jobs.

Maths –

Let’s continue with money.

Make a money caterpillar. Can you add up the coins? How much is each caterpillar worth?

P.E.-

Check out our P.E. section. Gerry and Pedro have put some great active ideas on here. I’m going to have a go myself.

Have a good search around your house. Have a family competition. Who can make the best colour wheel?

Outdoor Learning – 

Here’s a little challenge for a walk today. As you wander around your estate or garden collect items to record your journey. What can you find that nature has provided? Tie them to a stick to help tell your journey story. Was it fun? Were you happy? What did you find? Did you find any feathers? What animal did they come from?

HWB –

How are you all getting on with brushing your teeth? Are you remembering to reach the tricky bits? Set a timer for 2 minutes each time.

Thursday 26th of March – Pink Class

Good morning everyone!

Here are some activities for you to try to match today’s timetable:

Can you help with the laundry today. I’ve got lots of washing to do today, look how helpful you could be.

Fiddly Fingers – 

Play Doh Disco – have fun! Get those fingers and hands working! If you don’t have any playdoh, try some rolled up socks.

Story –

I went for a little walk and spotted some signs of Spring. What did I see?

I also spotted something hiding in the long grass, in the next photo. Can you see what I spotted, it’s very well camouflaged…..

Group 11 – Thurs 26 March

Good morning Group 11!

You could work on your transition passport today and could also try some of the following:

Life Skills:  make your bed and tidy your bedroom

Fiddly Fingers:  We are going to put Kirby grips in our hair and try to find them again. You could play with playdough. We also played with the dominoes to know them all down.

Music: We are going to jam with the musical instruments in our house.  If you don’t have any instruments then you can get pots and spoons to bash. We used our dominoes again too.
