Chinese New Year!
Silver Class have been looking at Chinese New Year. A Dragon visited class and we tasted different foods traditionally eaten.

Chinese New Year in Yellow Class
We have been learning about Chinese New Year in Yellow class. We enjoyed exploring Chinese writing, made Chinese lanterns and made some yummy spring rolls!
We also learned lots of facts that we are sharing with our friends at assembly this week.
Eco-Committee meetings
Pupils in Group 4 attended a Careers fair.
Some of the pupils in Group 4 attended an NHS careers fair at the Howden Park Centre. They enjoyed visiting the different stalls and learning about the world of work.
Scottish week in Green Class
Green class have had lots of fun learning about Scotland this week. We did paper weaving to make our own tartan, learned the 3 craws and made crow masks to act it out, made shortbread and today we really enjoyed being invited to the secondary Burns’ supper.
