Health and Wellbeing – I’m sure you are as excited as I am about coming back to school. Sometimes excitement can be a very big feeling and it can be hard to know whether to jump up and down, twirl around or just shout whoopeeeeee! To help make the feeling a little less…fizzy…it can be a good idea to put all that energy into a task. Have a look at this idea. You might not have all the bits and bobs you need to make a fancy jar but it would be a great idea to write down some of the things you are looking forward to doing when you get back to school. Go on, give it a go and bring them with you on Thursday and we can read them together.
