P3a and b have had a great few days back at school. We have been reading the story of Fantastic Mr Fox and have completed a character description and a visualisation task.
We have started our class charters and talk about our ‘Our Trusted Adults’.
We can’t wait to see what next week will bring.
This morning the boys and girls were practising colouring and cutting. They designed their own butterfly using the different colours of the rainbow (just like the butterfly in The Hungry Caterpillar).
After break we read The Rainbow Fish story. We spoke about what this story was teaching us and how we can be like the rainbow fish in our classroom. We have all agreed to be kind, helpful and good at sharing just like the Rainbow Fish.
In primary 4 we have made our class charter. We have included our rights and the things we need to do. We have also included what the adults need to do. We all made a hand print to show that we agree to the class charter.
In primary 4 we have been working hard already this year. We have started to read Charlotte’s Web and learned how to add using the written method of addition.
