Today we visited Edinburgh Castle as we have learnt lots about it and wanted to see what it was like for ourselves.

Flynn – The prison

Tavia – The prisoners had hammocks to sleep in .

(Great word Tavia!).

Fynn – The Crown Jewels

Santiago – They were shiny and you weren’t allowed to touch them.

Haroon – They were in a glass box.

Kyle – The Great Hall

Lara – Kings and Queens used to have parties here.

Cole – Saint Margaret’s Chapel

Michael  – Queen Margaret used to pray here.

Zofia – It was very little.

Thomas – Cannons 

Niamh – The cannons were big.

Grady – The One O’clock Gun

Lucas – It made a big bang and there was smoke.

Today has been:

Leon – Super !

Cole – Brilliant !

Wiktoria – Good !

Niamh  – Great !

Anya – Fun !

Thomas – Exciting !

We had the best day ! A big thank you to Luca’s mummy and Thomas’ mummy for coming along today to help us.
