We have had such a busy day today! We have been learning about what makes a good friend in primary 1b.

Safaa – ‘We have to play nicely’

Mya – ‘A good friend is nice to others’

Mia – ‘Friends are kind’

Freyja – ‘We have to share’

We listened to The Rainbow Fish story, and we were able to discuss why he didn’t have any friends at the beginning of the story, and how he made friends at the end.

We then sat next to our friends on the carpet. See how happy we are when we are with our friends?

After this, we made friendship certificates to give to our best friend in the class.

We also used our finger prints to make a class friendship tree, which Mrs Baty is going to display in the class. It looks very pretty and colourful.
