To apply for a new or replacement Young Scot card

Step 1 – complete the Application form

Step 2 – take a photograph (see below for what is an acceptable photograph for Young Scot)

Step 3 – the return a scanned copy of the completed form, along with a photograph,  to  skillsandyouthemployment@stirling.gov.uk

 

An acceptable photograph:

– head shoulders shot

– in focus against a plain white or cream background (so any plain wall)

– should be face on

– no hats to be worn

– you can smile in the photograph (unlike passport photos)

– the photograph can be taken on the phone and emailed across with the application
