Prefect Application Timeline 2024

Prefect Applications

1.       Prefect Application form is done entirely on a Google Form
2.       The response is unique and records the application date/time
3.       The response will be linked to attendance/late coming/behaviour and shared directly with PTs for House Meeting Final Decision
4.       The same application form asks if pupils would also like to be considered for Head Prefect, or Senior Prefect or House Captain.
5.       If successfully appointed as Prefects, these candidates will then be asked to upload a home-made video via google form to support their application for Head/House/Senior (see below)

The closing date will be Midnight on Monday 27^th May

Promoted Role Applications

• Promoted Roles include Head Prefect, Senior Prefect, House Captain.
• Anyone who wishes to apply for a promoted role must do so on their Prefect Application form.  Only successful prefects will be able to progress their promoted application.

 

• All application videos for the role of Head Prefect should be submitted by candidates by Midnight on Monday 10th June
• Head Prefect videos will be shown in Form Class on Wednesday 12^th June with voting by google form and interviews to follow.
• Results will be shared on Thursday 13^th June
• Head Prefect Interviews to be held Friday 14th June with House Captain Interviews on the days following (Monday 17th – Wednesday 19th )
• All aspiring House Captains to be actively involved with the organisation of P7 Transition Event on Wednesday 5th June.
