I engage in daily physical activity.
For this milestone your child’s Key Worker needs to be able to see evidence that your child engages in a range of physical activities, both indoors and outdoors for at least 1/2 an hour per session.
This milestone is achieved within the nursery, using free access to energetic play both indoors and outdoors, and through the use of our Daily Mile initiative.
Although this milestone is achieved within the nursery we would encourage children to get outside when they are at home and engage in energetic outdoor play.
