Can your child listen without interrupting?
Can your child understand a question and respond with an appropriate answer?
Do they have an awareness of when to listen and when to talk in small/group situations?
Try reading a story to your child, or playing a language game with them and see if they are able to listen, wait, understand and respond appropriately.
