Rights Respecting Schools Pupil Steering Group

After a pausing our RRS work during Covid we are pushing on with our plans to gain Bronze Accreditation and more.

We have a pupil steering group made up of four P7 pupils and will add to the team by inviting some P6s to come and join us. We are looking at creating a new school mascot and other competitions to raise the profile of RRS around our school community.

We meet every few weeks to discuss our plans and these ideas are then taken forward to SLT. We will be coming round classes to teach pupils about their rights and lead other activities relating to RRS.
