Wider Achievement

Primary have just completed their 10 week block of swimming. They all thoroughly enjoyed their sessions and have all developed confidence in the water.

Some Primary 6 Pupils entered a competition run by Police Scotland. We were asked to create a poster to be displayed at the COP26 Event in October. We are delighted to find out that our poster won! Well done to everyone involved! Read about it here https://www.south-ayrshire.gov.uk/article/36397/Coylton-Primary-School-win-COP26-poster-competition

Our Winning Poster

We are very proud of our Primary 4 and 5 pupils who worked extremely hard with Mrs Davidson during their Gaelic lessons. We are SO proud of the 80+ pupils who received their High 5 Gaelic Award from the SQA. Well done for all your hard work, this is a huge achievement!

Gaelic Gleans Challenge

Our wonderful Gaelic learners also took part in the GLEANS Gaelic across the authorities challenge.

Look at the video below which shows all our hard work. We were learning about the weather in Gaelic and made our own Gaelic weather charts. Mrs Davidson made a wonderful video to show off all our hard work!  Watch it below:

At the end of last session, Primary 6 successfully completed Heart Start Levels 1-3. We are so proud of them, they have gained an excellent life skill. Thank you Miss Cowie for supporting our pupils with this great programme!
