Task 1

Revision of phonemes “au”, “ew”, “ow”

au – sauce, because

ew – new, few

ow – cow, crown

Write each word out 3 times each remembering to form your letters properly.

Choose 3 words (one from each phoneme list) and write a sentence about each one.

Task 2

Please make sure you can spell all of these common words –

three, again, these, people

Ask your family to test you on your spelling of these words. Can you out them into a sentence for them?

Task 3

Read your book each night, practising the words you find difficult and try to read smoothly, stopping at full stops.
