Our Health

Our other new topic is health,if you want a healthy heart the most common thing to do is sleep. On Friday we did a graph about how to keep healthy and unhealthy. If you want to keep your heart unhealthy then don’t sleep,drink water and don’t eat as much as you usually eat throughout the day. Do you want to be healthy ?

  2. I’m healthy,I get lots of sleep because I read my book and I fall asleep which is lucky because most people cant get to sleep.I drink lots of water in school and outside of school.I eat 50 percent a day of food.
