Our pupils are given opportunities to apply for jobs in school. These include Digital Leaders, Young Stem Leaders, Computer Support Workers and Nursery Class Assistants.

The jobs are advertised on the school vacancy board and tweeted out. Pupils are then able to apply online, send in their C.V. or complete a written application.

The next step is for pupils to attend an interview. At this point they are either successful or at times offered a different role.

Pupils are encouraged to also apply to begin their own school club at lunch times. The application asks them to explain their aims, their plans and resources required. Additionally, many pupils have identified positions in the school that require to be filled and as a result have created new jobs within the school.
