Kilmacolm Primary School received funding through an Education Scotland Food for Thought grant. The school was delighted when Education Scotland asked to create an exemplar of good practice based on the KPS Cooking Classroom, demonstrating how the school has used Food for Thought funding along with local community support to develop a practical cooking and growing programme throughout the school. Working in partnership with The Haven, Kilmacolm Primary has been able to grow their own vegetables.

These tasty ingredients allow pupils to develop cooking skills and  the results have been simply delicious!!
