The base supports secondary pupils who are unable to cope in a larger, year group class. Specialist teachers come to the base to reduce the stress caused by moving around the school. Pupils who are able, can still access specialist subjects, with their year group, supported by base staff.

Pupils are supported on a 1:1 basis and are able to access therapies during the school day. All core literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing teaching takes part here. We have access to the minibus for outdoor learning off campus and utilise the outdoor areas around the campus regularly.
