To allow pupils the experience of outdoor urban areas, countryside and other challenging environments in order to motivate them to become healthy, confident and enterprising individuals.

 

Pupils become confident in experiencing new activities in unfamiliar areas.

Pupils grow to respect the countryside and other aspects of the environment.

Pupils achieve John Muir and SQA awards.

Pupils learn to become independent in self-regulating their clothing to the weather.

Pupils can practise sporting, team-leading and practical gifts they may have.
