Sports Day! :-)

Yesterday we marked ‘Health Week’ by taking part in our Sports Day. We were a little concerned about the weather but the rain stayed off for as long as possible. It was amazing to see so many of you there supporting us and cheering us on, thank you!

MM – Our grown ups were in the pitch watching us and they were watching us do the beanbag race, the running race and the potato race.

AN – We were getting stickers for doing the races.

DP – I am proud of myself for getting a 1st place sticker and I was finding the potato and spoon quite tricky.

NN – When we were doing the races, whoever was 1st, 2nd or 3rd the teachers were giving us stickers.

AH – I was cheering on my friends.

IC – All the adults were cheering me on doing the beanbag race and my dad was.

IJ – The adults were racing too.

Today we decided to write about Sports Day for our writing session. Our writing was amazing, I am very proud of Room 2! 🙂
