Health Week 🍎

This week Room 6 had a great time learning about both mental and physical health, and how important it is to stay active and healthy. On Tuesday we were so lucky to have a beautiful day for our sports day. We enjoyed taking part in all of the races and would like to say well done to everyone who took part and got a sticker or medal. We all tried our best and had a super morning!
On Thursday, we were very excited to come to school either dressed down or dressed as our hero for Superhero day. We had fun showing our friends the different heroes we chose and discussing why. As part of our writing, we designed our own superhero. We drew a picture of our hero and then came up with a name and some superpowers they have. We enjoyed working together with our friends to come up with some great ideas. Have a look below!
We also really enjoyed going to the hall to show off our costumes or dress down clothes to the Kibryde Hospice mascot, Hope. We even got to give Hope a high five!
