Our Faculty is made up of two Departments, Design and Technology and Health and Food Technology.
Within the Design and Technology department you will experience a vast curriculum in the BGE in S1 and S2. Topics cover manufacturing projects, designing for the manufacturing of products, digital and manual graphics as well as design for publications. You will work with a range of materials and software in a variety of environments in the creation of all your coursework.
Within the Health and Food Technology department you will experience topics that cover traditional foods and cooking processes from across the world. You will have experiences within the kitchen as well investigation work.
Across the faculty you will learn and follow the Health and Safety guidelines for workshops and kitchens and how these are to be respected and in place to keep us safe.
The practical nature of our Faculty guarantees that all pupils will find enjoyment during their time here at Hillpark’s Technologies Faculty.

Health and Food Technology:
