The Business Management course allows you to understand how businesses are created and how entrepreneurs make a success from their initial ideas. You will develop employability skills such as Creativity and Innovation, Research, Evaluating and Decision Making, Team Working, ICT Skills and Communication Skills.
The course allows you to analyse business problems and to understand how businesses resolve these problems and expand. ICT skills are developed throughout the course and involve creating a business plan, designing an advertising campaign, preparing recruitment documents e.g. job description, preparing a Cash Budget on a spreadsheet and researching on Business Websites.
