What a fantastic morning at Balornock Primary. Hopskotch Theatre Company visited us to perform their Christmas Pantomime The Wizard of Oz. We all thoroughly enjoyed us and we are now all very much in the festive spirit.

Miss Davidson is going to Malawi! During the October Break Miss Davidson was informed that she was successful in gaining a place on the Malawi Leaders of Learning 2018 cohort. As part of the Programme she will attend a variety of training sessions and in September 2018 will be visiting Malawi for approximately 3 and a half weeks. Since P7a were learning about India this term, a home learning task was set to expand our knowledge. Everyone was given the choice to pick 1 out of the 9 options given. These ranged from cooking an Indian themed meal at home, visiting a local bhangra class, creating a travel brochure on a city in India, creating a fact file on an Indian celebrity and many more!
