The Skills Development Scotland (SDS) forum are delivering an online zoom information session for parents/carers of young people with Additional Support Needs who are due to leave school over the next couple of years. The session will take place  on Tuesday 11^th October from 6:30-7:45pm  and will provide information about  self-directed support and how the SDS Forum can help make the transition journey easier.
