East Renfrewshire Carers Centre Event-Wednesday 20th September
Transition event for Parents of Pupils with Additional Support Needs
East Renfrewshire Carers Centre are hosting an event in collaboration with the Transition Services/HSCP on Wednesday 20th September from 10:30am – 12:30 at Eastwood House, in Eastwood House, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, East Renfrewshire,G46 6UG and would like to invite you to this event.
The purpose of the event is to share information with parents and carers about resources, services and opportunities that could be available to young people with additional support needs on leaving school or nearing the end of Secondary Education. It is also an opportunity for networking and sharing information about services.

East Renfrewshire Dyslexia Scotland Meeting
There will be a meeting of the East Renfrewshire Dyslexia Scotland on 24th May from 19:00 – 20:30 at Broom Parish Church. The meeting will provided Hints and Tips for parents/ carers of young people with Dyslexia
Angela Merrylees-Stalker will present an interactive workshop aimed at parents and carers of children with dyslexia.
Angela is a Principal Teacher, Children and Young People’s Mental and Emotional Wellbeing (Healthier Minds) at East Renfrewshire Council.
All welcome to this free event. To help with numbers please book a place on Eventbrite, but don’t worry if you can’t, just come along anyway.
