Who are we?
The PTA is made up of parents/carers and staff members who make an invaluable contribution fundraising for the school. It also supports parents evenings, school shows, art events and Christmas concerts.
The PTA are always looking for new members to help with their activities and any level of support is greatly appreciated.
What do we do?
Over the last five years the main events which the PTA have organised include discos, raffles, car boot sale and craft fayre, Asda bag packs and the very successful Matalan Fashion Show.
These events have raised over £5,600 and donations from teas and coffees alone at school events have made just under £500.
So please remember to donate when you are enjoying a cuppa at the next parent’s evening!
Who benefits and how is the money spent?
Your child and the school benefit in a number of ways.
• donation to sports fund
• donation for tracksuits
• donation to art department
• donation for drumkit
• donation to school general fund
The PTA also make donations to charity.
