The Transition class worked well together on the Easter Treasure Hunt. They were Effective Contributors following clues to eventually find the Easter Bunny, Mother Goose and an Easter Chick. The Easter Bunny kindly gave everyone a gift.

The Transition class had a lovely time at the petting zoo when it visited us for an Easter treat. The class were Responsible Citizens handling the animals very carefully and using quiet voices. The class liked all the animals but I think the duck was a favourite.
For Health and Wellbeing this week, the class were Effective Contributors. We did different activities involving our noses and selected how this made only our nose feel. We tried to ignore whole body and focus on the individual part. The class chose their feelings and shared it with everybody.
The Transition class made cheese on toast this week (or is it roasted cheese?). They were Confident Individuals using different kitchen equipment but were very confident and safe using the hot grill. The made sure they had their oven gloves on and kept a safe distance.
