The Bluebells class had a visit from Kelly and her dog Harley, a French bulldog. Harley was in our class for around 30mins and the pupils enjoyed petting him, giving him tummy rubs, playing with his toys and taking him for a walk.
On Wednesday, the Transition Class got a visit from Cooper the therapy dog. There was lots of fun had and lots of doggy drool to go with it. Copper brought his favourite ball for all the boys to throw for him and everyone loved it. Cooper even gave out some cuddles to our boys and made their day.
The Stars class started celebrating St Andrew’s day by making St Andrew’s flags and roller painting tartan with toy cars! We had fun trying different ways to propel balls across the table but not by touching. We had a lovely time when Bella and Zeus visited us at Pet Therapy.
The Stars Class made Mars Bar cake to share with our friends. We enjoyed sensory activities, had a ‘green’ tea party and made a handprint green frog picture. We also had a visit from Harley, the French bulldog, at Pet Therapy.
Poppy the Spaniel came to visit the Transition boys this afternoon. We all had very kind hands when we were petting her, throwing her toys and giving her some treats.
