To help our children remain as active as possible i have added a short 5 minute movement video activity below. You can also use these cards should you wish.
The intention here is to simply do what you can. I will upload a different one for each day of the week to help mix it up a little.

Gardening/CDT
Watch Scott’s videos on planting mung beans. Do you have any plants in your house or garden. Have a close look at them.
HWB –
Teach someone in your family how to wash their hands properly.

Today we are going to add it into our lesson. We will begin with a warm up, then just dance, then sleepy lions

I’m missing you all. We are going to have a fun day today. My boys are up already and want to follow your timetable again.

Then we will make our beds, dust and tidy up.

A really fun way to get up and dance is using ‘Just dance’ on youtube. There are lots of great songs to copy the dance moves to. Access youtube and type in just dance and a selection of songs will appear. choose your favourite and enjoy!
