What a great day we had on Wednesday at our YPI Charity Roadshow. All the secondary pupils took part in the event. We welcomed some local charities to come and tell us about the good things that they do to help others. Now we have the hard job of deciding which charity to support as part of our YPI initiative in school.
Two of our S6 pupils are attending The Larder for a Bakery Skills course. We are so proud of them both! They have been cooking up a storm making shortbread and pizza, and we look forward to see what they will be making next week!!

The Secondary Pupil Council met this morning. We discussed how were are progressing with the changes we would like to make in Pinewood and also started to plan for activities to celebrate World Book Day. 
The primary pupil council had a great meeting this morning. We worked together and talked about World Book Day.
Rainbow 2 have had a great time learning about the story of the Gingerbread Man. We decorated our class door, watched a story, listened to and learnt a song and decorated our own Gingerbread men, I think you will agree they look good enough to eat! 
Come and visit us at Livingston Designer Outlet tomorrow (7th December) from 12.30pm, where a group of our secondary pupils will be singing some festive tunes!
