Good morning everyone,

Hope you are enjoying this lovely weather – it looks like today is going to be another sunny day.

Here are a variety of activities for you to choose from:

Matching – CVC Word Picture Matching

Sentences – Simple Sentence Scramble

More complex writing ideas – Writing ideas 1

You are not expected to complete them all in one day – you can choose a page or two a day. The more complex writing ideas can be completed over a week or two.

This Easter holiday is going to be quite different for us all.

Have some fun and keep busy by making an Easter To Do List (look out for this activity later today, as there appears to be limited storage on our blog, so I will send it to Graeme and ask if he can help).

Good morning everyone,

And what a lovely morning it is! Hope you have all had a good weekend.

As promised, I have attached a Language folder highlighting the key skills that we encourage in Language and Communication. The activities are aimed at Early, First and Second Levels. You can make yourself familiar with them today, and I will make reference to these activities throughout this week.

There is also a folder called ‘Additional activities’ and I have created a writing activity (differentiated) that you all might like to try today.

I have also included all Secondary classes (even those that I don’t teach) just in case you want to dip in and out of these.
