Hello P1!

I hope you are all safe and well. I can’t believe we are now in week 7 of home learning! I have amended the P1 weekly planner into a learning grid which you can select your own activities from. Everything mentioned in the grid is attached below. I hope that you find that the grid gives you more freedom and choice over the activities you complete each day. Ms Gavin has posted the ‘Entertainment’ activies below which also has some really fun activities for you to try out too, so make sure you check it out!

It has been lovely to hear that so many of you have been going to school to hang your ribbons. I am sure every person who walks past our school will enjoy looking at them. It’s like we are creating our own OLOL rainbow!

I’ve read another wee story for you all. Managed to put it all into 1 video this time, hooray!  It has a nice message which is quite relevant at the moment… all about friendship and the importance of taking care of one another. I hope you enjoy it.

Here is the plan for this week. I hope you were all excited to find out about our new topic last week – Minibeasts in the Garden! Make sure you get yourselves out into the garden or out for a walk this week and make the most of the good weather when it’s here!

Remember, most of you now have access for Education City and Active Learn, so why not take a look at the activities I have added on for you all. I think you will love them!

As always, I am missing you all so much and can’t wait to see you all again soon. It was lovely to speak to lots of you on the phone last week. I am so proud of you all.
