Primary 4/5K shared the Aztec factual books they had created on the i-Pads with Primary 2.
All the children enjoyed listening to the information and looking at the images.

Aztecs with P4/5K
Aztec Art : Masks of Gods in clay or collage materials
Aztec Alphabet: Writing messages using the symbols for our classmates to decipher
Aztec Books: The class worked in pairs to create their book on an i-Pad using the Book Creator app. They shared and read their factual books with children in P3/4 and P2R.
P5/6 Create Pneumatic Crocodiles
In P5/6 this week we finished designing our pneumatic crocodile designs. We used tubing and a balloon to create them in small groups.
They look fab!
P6M Zoolab
A fantastic opportunity for our P5/6 and P6 learners to get close with some very deadly and dangerous animals.
P2 enjoyed a visit from Farmer Katie
P2 had a very special visit from Farmer Katie. We enjoyed looking and listening about life on her farm. We looked at different cereals, sheep wool and smelt some silage!
Working hard in P5C!
Here is a small sample of what we have been doing in P5C this week.
We are still working hard with Mr Orr and Mrs Barratt finding which instrument we want to play in the band.
We were working on our skills throwing the Javelin. 
We have been enjoying our daily mile.
We enjoyed using the app Chatterkids to make pictures talk.
P5/6 and P6 Visited By Zoolab
Zoolab visited P5/6 and P6 this week to talk about Deadly and Dangerous Animals and their relatives. It was fantastic we met and learned about several animals.

Founders For Schools Visit P5 & P5/6
P5/6 and P6 had a visit from Cathy Gladwin the creator of the Hob Angel from Founders4 Schools today.
It was a really interesting talk.
P5/6 Try Out More Instruments
We tried out our final instruments this week before forming our band.
P5/6 Decorate Their Pneumatic Crocodiles
We are making pneumatic crocodiles from egg boxes, balloons and tubing.
Here we are in the early stages of decoration. We will keep you posted on our models.
