We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to
school on Monday 20th August at 9am.
New P1 children should gather at the P1 entrance for 9.30am.

Chickens Lay Eggs
3 of the female chickens, that were part of the P3/4 project last term, have laid their first eggs this week!
They were well received and apparently tasted delicious.
School Uniform Day
The school will be open for parents to collect uniform orders or purchase school uniforms on Monday 13th August between 10am and 2pm.
Italy : Italian numbers to 10 and Roman Numerals
The class have been learning how to say the numbers 1 to 10 in Italian and identify numbers written in Roman Numerals.
They identified some of the key symbols before completing differentiated colour by numbers sheets and playing an interactive game to reinforce their learning.
Primary 4K 2018: Italian Art
Having researched Italy over the past few days the class have become familiar with the geography of the country and many key facts. This afternoon after a lesson on Leonardo da Vinci, and the painting of The Last Supper, the children were asked to paint in the style of an Italian Artist or paint an image that they related to Italy.
The Mona Lisa was chosen by a group, colourful houses like those found in Portofino, scenes of Venice and the Leaning Tower of Pisa were popular. They finished off the lesson painting the Italian flag.
Primary 3/4 2018
This afternoon Mrs Cameron and her class were letting off rockets, they had made, as part of their project on Russia. All the children were having a great time and were the centre of attention on the playing fields.
Liturgical Year Quiz
Two of our learners went head
to head in a Liturgical Year quiz during
assembly. They were delighted that it
ended in a draw.
Sports Day Winners
Well done to Arran House who
gained the highest score for Potted
Sports activities. Their Captain and
Vice Captain were absolutely thrilled!

Buddy visits so far. They have supported
